  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our organization's data models, intelligence, and analytic solutions. The Data Analyst will lead conversations on the art of the possible and demonstrate your strong visualization skillset by producing insightful, interactive dashboards utilized at all levels of management, clients, providers, and members. This role will also collaborate to establish best practices for data extraction, visualization and data governance which will set the foundation for our start-up company.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models and reporting solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient analytic pipelines
  • Follow and maintain our data warehousing solutions, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy
  • Build and maintain data models, data cubes, and dimensional schemas to support business reporting and analysis
  • Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Perform data analysis and ad-hoc querying to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers and Data Scientists, to ensure data infrastructure and analytics solutions align with business goals
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of data processes and analytics solutions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in Business Intelligence and apply best practices to enhance data analytics capabilities
  • Drive data quality across the product vertical and related business areas

Qualifications:

  • Minimum four (4) years proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with data manipulation, data integration, and ETL processes
  • Must have a stable employment history
  • Strong experience in data analysis, data warehousing, and business intelligence development
  • Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and data modeling
  • Development experience in at least one object-oriented language (Python, R, etc.)
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and reporting solutions (PowerBI, Tableau etc)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Robust experience of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Redshift, Azure) and their data services
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate, and reliable data solution

Work Location: WFH

Work Schedule: 9 PM - 6 AM, Monday to Friday, PH time
