Key Responsibilities:

Product Data Management

  • Gather and enter all necessary assets for new product listings in our system.
  • Update product details as changes arise for existing products to maintain accuracy.
  • Ensure proper grammar, formatting, and consistency in product descriptions for optimal sales presentation.
  • Perform data cleanup to enhance product listings and improve overall database integrity.
  • Upload and manage product images, ensuring correct file extensions, sizes, and resolutions for an optimized online presence.


Inventory & System Maintenance

  • Conduct regular inventory updates and ensure stock levels are accurately reflected in the system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor and correct discrepancies in product data and inventory records.


Sales & Visual Presentation

  • Assist in crafting visually appealing and persuasive product presentations that drive sales.
  • Utilize design skills to enhance product images, presentations, or marketing materials when needed.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize listings for client engagement.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends to ensure our products remain appealing to our target market.


Collaboration & Innovation

  • Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to gather product specifications, pricing, and marketing materials.
  • Provide creative input on how to present products in a way that makes them stand out.
  • Contribute ideas for streamlining data entry processes and improving system efficiency.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Information & Inventory Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Able to work from 9 AM - 5 PM EST
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Advanced Excel skills are a plus).
  • Familiarity with file extensions, resolution settings, and digital asset management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of how product presentation impacts purchasing decisions.
  • A design background (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Fashion-forward mindset with a passion for style, trends, and aesthetics.
  • Ability to adapt to change and continuously learn new processes as the company evolves.
