QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational requirement - Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related course
- Experience required - at least three (3) years of relevant Sales experience, particularly in the hotel/hospitality industry
- Skills - Hotel operations knowledge, sales knowledge, Marketing and promotions, knowledge in handling Corporate and Government accounts, knowledge in vital industry Sales Proposal and Contracts, experience in Sales activities / Exhibits
- Prior sales experience, preferably in a hospitality or related industry
- Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and any Hospitality Software
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Analytic Skills on reports or system generated reports
- Knowledge of the Bacolod hospitality industry is a plus
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of local languages is a plus
- Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
