Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Cold Caller at Arc Mortgage, LLC. The Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments for the loan officers. The role involves accurately documenting call information and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales or cold calling
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
