Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
- Responsible in ensuring that the STP’s under their care complies with the DENR & LLDA current regulations
- Present and oversees (if chances permit) Regulatory & Internal Monthly samplings.
- Conduct orientation, manage and monitor STP Operator/s activities.
- Responsible in the preparation of monthly monitoring reports for submission to client.
- Responsible in supervising assigned projects (, O&M) and personnel assigned.
- Responsible in the preparation of Self-Monitoring Reports for DENR & LLDA requirements.
- Responsible in ensuring that STP Operator/s conform to company standards.
- Assist client in process monitoring of treated effluent water quality and the conduct of regular monthly sampling. This will be under the Commissioning Engr’s Responsibility
- Report and recommend to client all STP equipment and parts that needs immediate repair, replacement, or rehabilitation.
- Assist client in securing and renewal of Annual Discharge Permit.
- Under Commissioning Group Conduct review of related documents and to ensure compliance with the required documents for DENR/ LLDA.
- Recommend/suggest improvements to ensure STP will comply to Company and Government Regulations
- Responsible for the safety and well-being of operators under their jurisdiction
- Timely and accurate submission of Overtime and Meal Allowances
- Timely Liquidation of Cash Advances
- Address client concerns through proper channeling
- Build/Establish good relationship with Client PCO/ Facilities Manager
Authorities:
- Recommending approval of overtime of assigned personnel
- Adhere and comply to the Company Rules and Regulations; Recommend sanction
- Appraise STP Operators
- Recommend STP for renewal of contracts, employment related concerns
