What you will do

  • Identify trends in service incidents and implement proactive strategies to prevent recurring issues.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by tracking performance and taking corrective actions where necessary.
  • Forecast future service demands using data-driven insights to ensure optimal resource allocation and performance.
  • Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on service delivery and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruption.
  • Assess vendor performance, make informed decisions on vendor selection, and manage contracts, including formal service reviews.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency, optimize processes, and improve customer satisfaction.

What the role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in service delivery and operations within a similar environment.
  • Proven success in scaling and managing service delivery teams.
  • Extensive experience in creating and implementing service and support processes, including stakeholder management at the executive level.
  • Proficiency in supplier and vendor management, including contract negotiations and formal performance reviews.
  • Strong technical knowledge, including cloud platforms like AWS and enterprise job schedulers.
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig
