Job Description

  • Develop protocols to improve Shopee KOL Marketplace tools and systems to achieve program KPI, and ensure proper management of the platform, and timely resolution of any issues or problems faced by KOLs and brands
  • Manage and facilitate execution of Shopee Paid Partnerships campaigns
  • Set goals, track conversions, and measure success of the Paid Partnerships program
  • Create long-term strategies and initiatives to strengthen relationships with KOLs and MCNs, to continually drive awareness and adoption of the Shopee Paid Partnerships Program and KOL marketplace
  • Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Instagram and TikTok
  • Assist various KOL sub-teams as a discussion partner to plan, strategize, and grow campaigns and initiatives by enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other Shopee local and regional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or any related field
  • At least 5 years of related work experience with a strong background in influencer marketing and creator relationships. Basic knowledge and familiarity with Creator Marketplace business model is a plus
  • Strong grasp of numbers and advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication with excellent command of English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and has proven project management skills
  • Can work swiftly and accurately with minimal supervision
  • Capable of big-picture thinking while being attentive to details
