Job Function:
The Manager, HR Business Partner will work with business leaders in the designated branch/es to plan and implement HR strategies and initiatives that contribute to the achievement of business goals as well as builds and sustains partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-adding services and positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a strong advisory working relationship with business partners and stakeholders in the Branch to ensure that HR plans and programs are supporting the achievement of business objectives
- Collaborate with the HR Zone Head, HR Functional Experts, and Employee Services Teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation and service delivery in the branch
- Ensure branch plantilla is in place and resources are available at target levels for the branch
- Coach and guide branch business partners and people managers on the company's performance management system, provide support in crafting and execution of IDPs/PDPs/PIPs and other talent management interventions
- Implement all HR Systems in the branch, ensure policies and standards are adhered to, and accuracy of data as a resource is maintained
- Implement Compensation and Benefits functions and activities in the branch
- Work closely with branch business partners in the execution of corporate and local employee engagement and wellness programs (SM Life, Culture, Values and other initiatives)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree, advanced study in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, or Business Management an advantage
- With at least 3 years' work experience in an HR leadership capacity
