As an Operations Trainer, you are part of the Operations team, the center of our business. You will engage with agents in a professional manner by facilitating trainings and workshop programs in support of the objectives of the operations department. Within your role, you will:

  • Deliver and facilitate training and workshop programs in support of the objectives of the operations department in accordance with the Learning and Development team
  • Effectively assists agents with questions and problems associated with the activity handled and is related to the information part of the trainings delivered
  • Actively participate in training needs analysis studies to determine the training and quality needs within the organization, by collecting data and assisting with delegated tasks
  • Ensure adherence to reporting procedures of training for participants
  • Provide support, on request, for revisions, and implementation of training programs that support the objectives of the Operations department
  • Offer support for planning activities ensuring the training needs of the project(s)/site/cluster to which they are dedicated are met

What will make you successful for the role:

  • At least C1 level of English (both written & spoken)
  • Minimum 1 year of proven work experience on a similar position
  • At least 1 year Teaching/Trainer Experience
  • Previous BPO/CSR experience
  • Be available to work on-site
