Job Purpose:

The IT Support Engineer will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our regional systems across all countries within Getz Healthcare. This position encompasses responsibility for troubleshooting, system maintenance, user support, and the implementation of IT solutions throughout the Asia Pacific region.
We seek an individual with a strong technical foundation, proficiency in IT support tools, good communication skills, and the collaborative skills necessary to address and resolve technical challenges swiftly.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Support:
- Provide quick and effective technical support to users across Asia Pacific.
- Fix hardware, software, and network issues remotely or on-site.
- Set up and maintain software and IT equipment (desktops, laptops, mobiles).
- Manage user accounts, roles, and security settings, as well as onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Work with local IT teams across Asia Pacific to ensure system compliance.
System Administration & Maintenance:
- Oversee systems like Microsoft 365, LMS, HRIS, CRM, and Expense Claim System.
- Perform regular maintenance, audits, updates, and backups.
- Monitor IT infrastructure to prevent downtime.
- Keep track of hardware and software inventories.
- Help plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
Incident Management:
- Track and manage IT incidents and service requests.
- Prioritize and escalate issues for quick resolution.
- Enforce IT security policies to protect data.
- Generate reports on IT activities and system performance.
- Maintain IT procedures and user guides.
System Training for End Users:
- Create training materials with the graphic design team.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Upload SCORM files to the LMS and manage learner enrollments.
- Publish training-related reports.
Vendor Management:
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
- Liaise with vendors for updates on system patches and features.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Evaluate and approve system customizations.
Ad-hoc Support:
- Provide support for research and projects by the Integration and Marketing Team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience Needed
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on providing technical assistance to users in a corporate environment.
- Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus
- Proven track record of managing and resolving IT incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Experience with remote support tools: Proficiency in providing support to users in various locations through remote access tools and techniques.
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Vendor management experience: Coordinating with external vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT equipment and services.
- Project support experience: Assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects, contributing technical expertise and support.
Software Knowledge and Experience Operating Systems
- Microsoft 365 & Azure: Expertise in Microsoft 365 Admin; Azure is a plus.
- Operating Systems: Proficient in Windows and/or macOS (install, configure, troubleshoot).
- Office Suites: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
- Systems: Experience with LMS, Salesforce, HR Systems, simPRO, Agility.
- Ticketing Systems: Skilled in ITSM tools for managing incidents and requests.
- Remote Support: Familiar with TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Microsoft Remote Desktop.
- Networking: Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
- Security: Knowledge of antivirus, endpoint protection, firewall setups.
- Collaboration: Experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Asset Management: Familiar with tracking hardware/software inventories.
- Backup Solutions: Understanding of backup/recovery (cloud and on-premises).
- Scripting: Basic skills in PowerShell, Bash for task automation.
