The DCX Client Services Home Based Campaign Architect is a valued and essential part of the customer experience. You will be responsible for all backend project management while working closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a great customer service experience. You will also be responsible for helping the assigned sales executive develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and connecting with those clients to provide them with promotional product solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible for creating cold email campaigns using preset templates and SOPs
  • handle 4-5 campaigns per day, with a 24-hour turnaround time for completion
  • Finds prospects for new business opportunities using ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, LinkedIn, and other reliable data sources and uploads to HubSpot.
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify new leads and obtain contact information.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
  • Achieve quarterly activity quotas
  • Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of direct Customer Service and lead generation.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Airtable and Clay. Knowledge of OpenAI/ChatGPT, Apollo, MillionVerifier, BounceBan, someone with “ClickUp" experience, and SmartLead would be a plus.
  • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
  • Direct experience in cold calling is a plus
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to diverse characters.
