- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst
- Experienced in Salesforce Core Cloud configurations and capabilities
- Proficient application of Salesforce related best practices during requirement gathering
- Experience in creation of project templates and demo in preparation of workshops and In-depth skill in conducting requirement workshop, blueprinting process
- Professional skill in writing Functional Specifications including concise illustration of workflow, data structures, essential drawings of diagram
- Experience in crafting details training plan and itinerary, preparing project training material and conducting user training
- Knowledge in Agile methodology and experience in Agile story telling
- Familiar use with project tools e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Strong knowledge and experience in office tools, eg. Excel & Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
