  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Technical Program Management and Project Management within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals while managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects within a program, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Define program strategy, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Oversee risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management and Project Management within the banking sector.
  • Strong expertise in Technical Program Management, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in project and program management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid role – minimum 3 days onsite in Makati per week.
