The CRM Loyalty Officer will be responsible for the institutional loyalty program of Rustan’s and creating loyalty rewards programs, campaigns, activities, policies, and procedures across all channels. He/She shall also interact with customers and build personal relationships to help in cultivating customer loyalty and engagement, increase customer lifetime value, and drive sales.

Education

  • Graduate of a 4-year Marketing or Business Course

Experience

  • At least 3-4 years of work experience handing loyalty programs, CRM, database systems and marketing in the related field
  • Experience in customer loyalty and rewards programs including strategy development, operations, and business planning
  • Experience working with suppliers and/or vendors
  • Experience in the retail sector is a plus

Skills & Knowledge

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Can work well with all levels of management, build partnerships and direct teams
  • Detail oriented, highly organized
  • Customer-oriented; customer service and interaction oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office, Canva and other software
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledgeable in loyalty programs, social media/communication platforms and market trends
  • Knowledgeable in promotions and obtaining DTI permits is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in SQL is a plus
