Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taguig for a Sr. Supervisor - Training & OD at Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. The role involves overseeing training programs, developing organizational development strategies, and ensuring training effectiveness. The Sr. Supervisor will design curriculum, deliver training sessions, and evaluate training outcomes to support employee development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in overseeing training programs and curriculum development
  • Knowledge of organizational development strategies
  • Evaluation and training effectiveness skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze training needs and implement solutions
  • Experience in the tourism or real estate industry is a plus
