Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the After Sales Service strategy in alignment with VinFast’s business goals and vision.
  • Ensure high-quality after-sales service, improve customer satisfaction through continuous process improvement, and analyze feedback.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of after-sales experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Streamline processes and implement cost-efficient methods to improve after-sales activities and measure performance using statistical tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth integration of innovations and after-sales continuity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with service providers and partners to ensure high-quality support.
  • Regularly report on service performance, customer feedback, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
  • Lead the identification and negotiation of partnerships with workshops from other brands for Vinfast vehicle repairs, ensuring they meet VinFast's tool and facility requirements.
  • Manage the expansion and operations of workshops to align with regional after-sales service goals and ensure quality control.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aftersales operations or automotive service management
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic tools, warranty processes, and service network development.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and collaboration with external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
