Position Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the After Sales Service strategy in alignment with VinFast’s business goals and vision.
- Ensure high-quality after-sales service, improve customer satisfaction through continuous process improvement, and analyze feedback.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of after-sales experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Streamline processes and implement cost-efficient methods to improve after-sales activities and measure performance using statistical tools.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth integration of innovations and after-sales continuity.
- Build and maintain relationships with service providers and partners to ensure high-quality support.
- Regularly report on service performance, customer feedback, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Lead the identification and negotiation of partnerships with workshops from other brands for Vinfast vehicle repairs, ensuring they meet VinFast's tool and facility requirements.
- Manage the expansion and operations of workshops to align with regional after-sales service goals and ensure quality control.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aftersales operations or automotive service management
- Strong understanding of diagnostic tools, warranty processes, and service network development.
- Proven experience in vendor management and collaboration with external stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
