Recruitment Specialist
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with a background in Sourcing, Account Management, and Report Generation to support Clients.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related fields.
-Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years experience in sourcing, leads generation, and recruitment.
-Strong communication, presentation, and rapport-building skills.
-With Experience in Executive Search or Technical roles (Local Clients)
Responsibilities:
-Understanding and establishing qualification requirements, and other employment details with Account Managers, or Clients through calibrations.
-Proactively search for candidates through other networks.
-Strategically interview short-listed candidates to match them with existing and future vacancies.
-Mediate between candidates, internal Account Managers, and Clients for interview schedules, etc.
-Produce reports and endorsement/hiring plans.
