JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Managers will lead the implementation of the sales stratery and oversee all sales activities relating to their respective target Sroups. The Sales Managers shall build relationships with key stakeholders, monitor market ffends, and help tune and adjust the sales strategy in coordination with the POC Lead, the Sales Lead, and the other Sales Managers.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop Sales Strategies:
- Identifies potential clients through market research and networking.
- Target verticals include: Banks and Lending Institutions, Real Estate Developers,
- Brokers and Geodetic Engineers, Property Appraiser and Law Firms
- Develops and executes effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Prepares and delivers compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Relationship Management:
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, including real estate firms,
- developers, and regulatory bodies, to foster long-term partnerships and
- customer loyalty.
- Understands client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and
- concerns.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiates terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.
- Prepares and reviews contracts to ensure they align with company policies and
- client requirements.
- Ensures all contractual obligations are met on time.
Team Leadership:
- Leads, motivates, and supports a team of sales representatives to achieve individual
- and team sales targets.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Works closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Participates in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
MarketAnalysis:
- Analyzes market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identiff
- growth opportunities and enhance the service's value proposition'
- Provides feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings based on market needs.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Tracks, analyzes, and reports on sales performance metrics, providirrg insights and
recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Customer Support:
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiriers and resolving
- issues.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales managerial experience
- Strong understanding of property and land registration processes, with a comprehensive understanding of compliance, legal requirements, and the complete end-to-end procedure from sales to registration
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship'buildingskills'
- Knowledge of market trends and industry regulations.
