Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with banking and payments experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis while ensuring successful project execution using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for banking and payment systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and recommend solutions.
  • Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and other BA tools for tracking and documentation.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Support UAT, change management, and implementation processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking and payments.
  • Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other business analysis tools.
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of banking regulations and payment processing is a plus.

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid role – minimum 3 days onsite in Makati per week.
