This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a keen eye for detail. While experience in financial services is preferred, it’s not essential—we’re looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.

We’re Looking for Candidates with:
  • Confident spoken and written English

  • A genuine commitment to providing a great customer experience
  • Demonstrated reliability and diligence in your career to date
  • Some experience in banking/financial services would be advantageous
  • Comfortable working full-time onsite in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Credit Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of consumer credit applications to assess risk and determine creditworthiness

Financial Review:

  • Review and analyse financial documents, including income statements, credit reports, and bank statements, to evaluate borrowers' financial position and capacity to repay

Policy Compliance:

  • Ensure that all lending decisions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements

Communication:
  • Liaise with customers by phone and email regarding the status of their application and for additional information required

Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of underwriting decisions, including rationales for approvals and denials, and ensure that all documentation meets audit and compliance standards
