We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, focusing on social media management and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring creativity to our social presence while driving results through strategic paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Create engaging, on-brand content across multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Develop and manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Lead community engagement and influencer outreach
- Create and edit short-form videos for Reels and TikTok
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions
- Support tradeshow event coordination and social engagement strategies
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and budget allocation
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using data-driven insights
- Set up and monitor cross-platform advertising campaigns
- Track and report on campaign performance and social media growth
- Implement conversion optimization techniques
- Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaign strategies
- 3-5 years of experience managing professional social media accounts
- 2+ years of experience with Google Ads campaign management
- Proven track record of growing social media engagement (portfolio required)
- Experience with social media management tools
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and video editing
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
