Responsibility Statements

  • Liaise with functional or operational area managers to implement human resource strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization's overall human resource strategy.
  • Ensure key HR initiatives and HR processes are deployed effectively by providing support and strategic inputs.
  • Anticipates and plans for human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.
  • Drives performance management within client group(s).
  • Works with Business leaders to establish and drive employee engagement actions.
  • Offers objective and balanced advice to leaders on business challenges and people implications, leadership effectiveness, culture, and alignment.
