  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional digital solutions and are looking for a dynamic Virtual Assistant / Project Manager to lead our web development projects and teams.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Oversee the seamless handoff between requirements gathering, design, development, and content teams to ensure smooth project delivery and a successful go-live process.
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks, ensuring each project remains on track.
  • Enforce timelines and prioritize tasks to maintain project schedules.

Team Leadership:

  • Assign tasks, motivate, and lead our talented team of web developers in the Philippines.
  • Ensure clear communication, accountability, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Task & Progress Tracking:

  • Utilize Asana to manage project timelines, assign tasks, and track progress effectively.

Client Communication:

  • Occasionally interact with US clients to discuss project needs, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met.

Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee test websites and assess design quality, ensuring that each website is not only visually appealing but also optimized for conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within digital marketing or web development.
  • Proficiency in Asana for task management and project tracking.
  • Experience with WordPress and AI tools is highly beneficial.
  • A keen eye for design with an understanding of when a website "looks good" and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Experience working with test websites to validate functionality and design.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, particularly in a remote work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to enforce timelines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with web development processes is a plus.
