ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the SWOOC Games Team, your mission is to launch, optimize & scale Amazon ad campaigns to grow brand revenue and achieve target ACOS via a combination of software and bulk files.
- Lead both strategy and execution of the Amazon advertising campaigns.
- Manage & improve current Amazon advertising campaigns & optimization processes for 50+ products from our brand.
- Monitor weekly KPIs and analyze individual product performance changes.
- Identify wins/successes document key learnings and apply insights to other product listings.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and different internal departments to maximize campaign return on investment.
- Conduct keyword research, check indexing, analyze PPC data, set up new campaigns, and provide optimization recommendations for product listings.
- Provide recommendations and plans for revisiting and optimizing the campaign strategy.
- Communicate regularly with the internal team on status, timeline, budget, and deliverables.
- Prepare and present updated metrics, complete and accurate data in weekly reports.
- Perform effective keyword research, market research, and competitor research to ensure that PPC campaigns are delivered with maximum effect.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon PPC developments, trends, techniques, tools, and best practices.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate must have the following knowledge, skills, and work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
- Amazon Advertising Certification preferred
- 2 to 3 years of experience successfully managing Amazon Ads.
- Extensive experience and knowledge in handling bulk files are required.
- Experience in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting.

- Amazon Bulk Files (required)
- Helium 10
- Advanced Google Sheet & MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas: VLOOKUP, PVOT, SUMIFS, and more)
- Google Workspace & MS Word & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Amazon PPC with a proven record of increasing sales
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s ad products and services.
- Ability to drive sales, product ranking, impressions, and conversions.
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of advertising on Amazon.
HOURS OF WORK
- 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 08:00am to 01:00pm EST.
- The remainder of the hours can be completed on a flexible schedule.
