Employment Type: Part-time (3 days a week) or (24 Hours a week)
Contract Duration: 12-month fixed contract
Job Summary:
Restart Hat is seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Digital Marketing and Content Creation Executive to join our team. This role is essential for managing our website, growing traffic, creating engaging content, running campaigns, and managing social media accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, and content creation, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Maintain the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, optimised for search engines, and updated with fresh content.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for the website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Traffic Growth: Implement SEO strategies and other digital marketing techniques to increase website traffic.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns to promote products and services effectively.
- Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media accounts by creating engaging posts, responding to inquiries, and monitoring interactions.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries on the website or social media promptly and professionally.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to track website performance and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proven experience in content creation (writing blogs/articles, creating graphics or videos).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, social media management, and email marketing tools (e.g., Zoho Campaigns).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
Compensation:
- Monthly total Package (Part-Time): ₱15,000 - ₱20,000 based on experience.
