Key Responsibilities

As a Manager Business Planning, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysis of Market composition by category, sizing, forecast of evolution
  • Fiscal modeling of Tax evolution and impacts
  • Monitoring of Share of Market, identifying drivers
  • Analysis and insight to Pricing alternatives, competitive analysis
  • Revenue forecasting and financial analysis by driver
  • Regular Management Team updates

Qualifications And Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of general business experience, including cross-functional roles in Senior Finance positions and previous experience in managing people on a senior specialist / manager level
  • Experience in Competitive and Pricing analysis, Revenue Forecasting and Reporting, preferably gained in an FMCG environment
  • Personally lead and conducted preparation of business presentations for different scenarios and assessment of business development opportunities
  • Understanding of company P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and their interconnection
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • University degree in Financial Management / Economics / Business Administration / Mathematics. Post graduate studies are an advantage.
