The Opportunity
- The Talent Acquisition Resourcer plays a key role in working towards realising NCC Groups overall strategy & vision. The role is focused on resourcing roles across our vacancies across APAC region. You will work in close collaboration with the TA Partners and be a key player in helping us to continue to provide outstanding results. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruiter to further develop their career within an internal Talent Acquisition team.
- You will be supported in your journey to become an expert and role model in all areas of resourcing and will be responsible for coming up with creative talent attraction strategies to attract candidates, source hard to fill roles; identify, interview, and activate the selection of top talent for current and future business needs.
- Talent Resourcers establish and build trusted relationships across the business, with key stakeholders, other centres of excellent (Reward, HR Business Partners, People Services) and with high caliber candidates, providing a best-in-class candidate experience. These relationships will be earned by consistently delivering on commitments and by being known for high integrity and engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Talent Attraction - working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner you will assist with the talent acquisition processes by creating attractive and innovative talent attraction strategies from conducting extensive market research, understanding what our competitors are doing, scoping events to attend with an emphasis in ROI, employer branding, candidate experience, diversity, equity & inclusion, cadence management.
- Talent Acquisition - building strong and diverse talent pools & pipelines for hard to fill roles through effective targeting and talent pipelining of both passive and active candidates. You will be responsible for actively overseeing regular and accurate updates of our adverts, jobs boards, recruitment networking and the promotion of the of our internal referral scheme.
- Being an ambassador for NCC Group: Either through a telephone interview or through a face-to-face meeting, you are responsible for getting people excited about NCC Group and matching great talent to great opportunities. You may often be the first person that someone talks to from NCC Group, so you need to be great at understanding their motivations and matching their motivations with the many benefits of working here.
- Candidate Experience - you will work to ensure best practice is followed and provide a positive candidate experience. You will guide potential recruits through the process sharing feedback at each stage and providing an overall first in class candidate experience.
- Process: Responsible for adhering to all internal policy and procedures, in relation to security, data and quality best practice.
- Projects & Ad Hoc Responsibilities: You will support the recruitment team in various global talent enablement projects.
- Workday Management and Reporting: Ensure all data and admin is up to date in our TA system, Workday. This will enable our Global TA Partners to utilise this data to study reporting and analytics to support talent decisions in the market, drive continuous improvement and track progress of global vacancies and personal OKRs.
Requirements:
- You must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience within an E2E recruitment role, dealing with high volumes of vacancies.
- Strong relationship building and management experience.
- Experience in recruiting in APAC Market (Philippines, Australia, Singapore)
- Experience and understanding of the recruitment market along with effective telephone interviewing skills.
- Decisive and able to deliver results and effectively manage and prioritise multiple projects and candidates.
- Proven research/ sourcing skills. Ideally including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques.
- Experience supporting on Talent Attraction strategies with a proven ROI.
