The Role

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet Ecosa's growing workforce needs. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, ensuring that hiring processes align with company goals, culture, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other innovative channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to determine fit for the company and role
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless hiring experience
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions and anticipate future hiring needs
  • Manage job postings, recruitment marketing, and employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication
  • Facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with the People & Culture team
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, track hiring metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles (BPO experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and market trends
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities
