Your days will be filled with:
Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales quotas.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign strategies.
- Drive lead generation initiatives to support the sales team.
Team Management
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Set clear performance goals and ensure accountability across the team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning and Reporting
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and key metrics to the executive team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior sales and/or marketing leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, marketing strategies, and digital marketing tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
- Experience in building and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
