The Head of Business Development plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and profitability by optimizing the company's sales strategy, proposal effectiveness, and revenue mix across the content business, influencer agency, and talent management verticals. This leader ensures that sales efforts align with the company’s financial and strategic goals, focusing on increasing conversion rates, optimizing product mix, and enhancing overall profitability.

This role is critical in positioning the company for growth by aligning business development efforts with strategic objectives and ensuring a balanced, profitable revenue stream across all business segments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Increasing Conversion Rates and Proposal Value

  • Design and implement strategies to improve the quality and effectiveness of client proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop persuasive, data-driven sales materials tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze conversion metrics and adjust approaches to ensure continuous improvement in proposal acceptance rates.

2. Optimizing Sales Generation Across Business Segments

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that achieve an ideal balance between the content business, influencer agency, and talent management revenue streams.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell services across segments, enhancing the value of client engagements.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt product offerings to align with client demands and industry developments.

3. Revenue and Profitability Management

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth by balancing volume and value in sales pipelines.
  • Optimize pricing strategies and upselling opportunities to enhance profitability across all sales channels.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to revenue, cost-efficiency, and ROI for sales and marketing initiatives.
