Job Summary:

As a Growth Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive business development and enhance the overall growth of the company. You will work closely with the internal marketing team and marketing agencies to develop and execute effective media strategies that will increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement both online and offline. Your role will require strong ability in analyzing product and brand performance and identifying opportunities for improvement, as well as a deep understanding of the media landscape for various local markets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in advertising or media business development and media strategy. Preferably from a 4A accredited media/integrated agency.
  • Strong knowledge of the media landscape, advertising channels, and platforms for various local markets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex

ideas to diverse stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing platforms is highly desirable. Experience with market research and competitive analysis is a plus.
