The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing building and equipment maintenance, housekeeping and sanitation, security and safety necessary for the orderly day to day operations of the assigned Property; provides a positive experience to the Property’s customers and stakeholders

Responsibilities

1. Maintains/enhances safety and comfort of customers by monitoring and addressing property matters related to electrical, mechanical, civil works, and security/disaster protection.

  1. Supervises, monitors and directs all functions needed for efficient day-to-day operations such as building and equipment repairs and maintenance, housekeeping, security and safety.
  2. Studies and recommends to management innovations in building maintenance, sanitation, and security.
  3. Develops and implements energy and water conservation measures
  4. Ensures accuracy of equipment functional location, repair history and purchase requests in SAP system.
  5. Ensures that all utility users are properly registered with appropriate metering devices, reports the same to Billing, and ensures users are billed accurately. Periodically inspects the meters to ensure that these are functioning properly.
  6. Evaluates work of contractual agency workers

2. Maintains a continuous leadership structure by overseeing all aspects of Property Management.

3. Entertains inquiries and/or complaints from customers and attends to their immediate resolution.

4. Performs other duties that may be assigned by superior/s from time to time

Qualifications

  • College graduate, preferably in Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in building/ mall administration in a managerial capacity
