I Count Beans is seeking a dedicated and experienced Admin Team Member to join our Solar Servicing team. This role is ideal for someone ready to make an impact in the renewable energy sector.

About the Role:

This position supports the administrative operations of our solar servicing department, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Administrative Support

  • Handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain and update company records, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, reports, and other business documents.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as data entry and filing.

· Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and service jobs for technicians.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and technicians for job updates and service requests.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling to optimize technician availability and service runs.

· Customer & Supplier Communication

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on services.
  • Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and technicians regarding warranties, service issues, and product availability.
  • Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely resolution.

· Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation for tracking purposes.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on service activities and inquiries.

o Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.

Work Requirements:

· 3+ year of experience in solar system servicing, including fault diagnosis, Wi-Fi reconnection, and troubleshooting inverter and battery issues

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Experience in customer service, scheduling, or coordination is a plus.

  • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from interruptions.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 80 MBPS)
  • Computer with up-to-date software and antivirus protection.
  • Access to necessary communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing software).

Work Setup and Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Day Shift (8 Hours)
  • Fixed Saturday and Sunday off
  • Remote/Work-from-home
