Senior Associate, Digital Marketing for Salesforce
Job Purpose
·Handles campaign requirements of Program Managers/Owners, which may include non-Marketing initiatives and lead the creation and implementation in SFMC. This includes but is not limited to multi-step or trigger-based journey building, content creation, testing, performance monitoring, and enhancements.
·Builds automation requirements for campaigns and BAU processes in collaboration with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics and IT.
·Cascades SFMC campaign results, key performance insights, and recommends possible enhancements.
·Takes charge in system administration, profile, and user management, as well as reporting and escalation of SFMC issues.
Job Requirements
·Graduate of Marketing, Business or Analytics course
·Salesforce Marketing Cloud product knowledge with at least 2 to 4 years hands-on experience in campaign development, management, implementation including automation
·Proficiency with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Web Studio, Content Builder, Personalization, Cloudpage and Einstein, Knowledge in Audience Builder is a plus
·Knowledge in coding including but not limited to AMP Scripting, CSS, HTML and SQL
