The Strategic Partnership Officer is responsible for developing the strategy for sourcing, forging and managing relationships of identified key organizations and institutions (internal and external) plus executing acquisition programs in partnership with the Segment leads to drive net customer acquisition growth efficiently and effectively across all the segments via identified channels. SP Officer will also monitor performance and ensure SLAs are met with strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develops the overall strategy for acquiring new to bank customers via external and strategic partnerships to generate continuous stream of quality leads and convert leads to new-to-bank customers across the segments.
  • Identifies and establishes connections with strategic partner organizations or institutions while fostering strong relationships.
  • Implements strategic acquisition programs in collaboration with the segments.
  • Monitors performance and creates dashboards to track, document, and analyze outcomes in support of key metrics.
  • Works closely with relevant bank divisions to drive the execution of partnership programs, enhancing new-to-bank acquisitions and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate in Business Management, Economics, Marketing or related courses.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in Retail banking or any industry with sales and marketing.
  • Strong selling proficiency, excellent oral and written communication skills, relationship management, influence and negotiation abilities, networking expertise, and analytical skills.
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams successfully.
