About The Role

We’re looking for a hard-working and friendly Business Development (Sales) Representative with exceptional sales know-how, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and securing partnerships to drive business growth. You will play a key role in building relationships with potential clients and generating new sales opportunities. To succeed in this role, you *must* have deep experience in sales at a B2B software/SaaS company (ideally in healthcare).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers, engaging with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers
  • Outbound Outreach: Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to connect with key decision-makers
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records with lead activity, interactions, and progress
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize lead conversion
  • Relationship Building: Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points to tailor sales messaging effectively
  • Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years in sales or business development for a B2B software/SaaS company (preferably in healthcare)
  • Professional written and verbal fluency in English
  • Outstanding sales knowledge, interpersonal problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection
  • Ability to work in US Pacific time zone, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
