  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This position is responsible for overseeing Production Support activities for Aircraft Overhaul and ensuring that all operational processes align with organizational goals.

  • Lead and manage Planning, AWR, Inspection, and Controlling teams to ensure seamless production support.
  • Establish and maintain service level agreements with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Benchmark team performance against global MRO industry standards to maintain excellence.
  • Ensure the professional development, assessment, and performance management of staff.
  • Oversee operational and investment budgets to support organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Represent the team or company in meetings and external engagements as required.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance operations, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, and decision-making.
  • Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MRO operations, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
