Role: People Ops SSC Associate

Location: Makaki City (Working from home to accommodate US Night-Shift hours)

Summary:

As a Regional People Operations Associate, you will help administer & document all daily operations for the local people team, and upkeep all content published to your region’s local knowledge library. You’ll build close relationships with the payroll manager, HRBP, and recruiting manager, and service as the first point of contact for all people-related questions in your region. You’re a champion of customer experience, and a problem solver. You listen attentively, focus on understanding and solving the real issue. You embody CSS values and mindsets, and influence others to do the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with HRBP & Recruitment Manager to support onboarding administration e.g., employee documentation, Workday data entry, orientation, technology, systems access, local benefits providers liaison
  • Fulfill basic report requests by extracting data from Workday and other HR data sources.
  • Be the point of contact for questions regarding HR programs and policies, and anything HR-related, redirect or escalate issues to the relevant HR stakeholder as needed
  • Administer, track & document people processes & local legal reporting requirements
  • Partner with business leaders, other HR functions and legal teams to build and optimize processes and policies
  • Maintain the knowledge base content for your region - triage new content with local HRBP/team leads and drive to completion, monitor existing content to keep up to date
  • Liaise with Payroll associate to provide monthly employee payroll data
  • Train managers on new timekeeping systems to stay in compliance
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

You Have:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Experience in data management & reporting
  • Attention to detail, and proven organizational skills
  • Ability to instill trust and influence
  • High tolerance for ambiguity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 or more years’ experience as an HR Generalist or HR Analyst position
