Performance Management Specialist
Job Summary:
The Performance Management Specialist shall focus on creating efficiencies by assessing suitability of performance measures, defining appropriate performance indicators and its methodology to gather data and compute for, and reporting business performance results. This post shall leverage on its broad technical skills, strong business acumen and deep operational and analytical background to assist business process owners deliver agreed targets. While recommendations are shared, these are tied to the strategic objectives set by the BU/SD /Heads and will act in order to facilitate such and in coordination with the BU/SDs.
This post shall work closely with the Process Improvement group to continuously improve operational and financial models and methodologies, executing the quantitative analysis of the performance of our sales, customers, prospects, partners, markets, and products/services.
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably BS Industrial Engineering, BS Mathematics, Statistics, Economics,
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belter
- Minimum of 3 years work experience with good understanding of operations and its data references
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent English & Filipino Communication Skills
- Excellent skills in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), sufficient understanding on the use of MS SharePoint Online, Microsoft applications (Power BI, PowerApps, and Flow) and other data visualization tools.
