Information Technology Support Specialist
We are seeking a Tech & Infrastructure Support Specialist to manage and oversee the IT
infrastructure for our company. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our
IT systems, enhancing our technological capabilities, and supporting our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• IT Infrastructure Oversight: Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure to support all operational aspects of the company.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Resolve issues related to PCs, laptops, software, and hardware swiftly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage the setup and decommissioning of IT applications and systems for employees, ensuring seamless transitions.
• License and Security Management: Administer and monitor IT licenses, and ensure all systems and software are compliant and secure.
• Network Management: Perform tasks related to network architecture to enhance and secure the company’s IT network.
• Resource Management: Oversee office printing systems, routers, and manage mobile phone plans from procurement to billing.
• Technical Recommendations: Assess and recommend technological upgrades for network, hardware, and software to support the company’s growth and efficiency.
• Vendor Management: Work with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely and standard-compliant services.
• Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and implement strategies for IT disaster recovery to minimize downtime and data loss.
• IT Budget Management: Assist in planning and managing the IT budget to ensure resource allocation is cost-effective.
• Compliance and Audits: Ensure IT systems are compliant with relevant laws and regulations and prepare for audits by maintaining thorough documentation.
• Helpdesk Operations: Provide reliable IT support during office hours, addressing all IT related queries and issues.
• Training and Development: Conduct IT training sessions to enhance staff understanding of company systems and improve security awareness.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in IT infrastructure management and technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in handling software and hardware issues.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Experience in managing IT for Property Management and/or Real Estate sectors is a plus.
