You will be responsible for driving B2B sales efforts, leading major negotiations, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. Your role will include managing sales operations, overseeing distribution, supply control, and quality assurance, as well as maintaining strong relationships with key clients. You will analyze market trends, track sales performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to support the achievement of sales targets and overall business objectives. Your efforts will be essential in ensuring cost-effective operations and fostering growth in the chiller product segment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets for chiller products.
• Lead negotiations with major clients to secure favorable sales agreements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Provide technical support as the primary contact for chiller system inquiries.
• Manage sales operations including distribution, supply control, quality assurance, and sales administration for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Track and analyze sales performance against targets.
• Prepare and present sales reports with insights on market trends and competitor analysis to senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
• Must be able to start immediately and work onsite in our Pasig City office, Monday to Friday, morning shift.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the HVAC industry with a focus on chiller systems.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, particularly chiller products.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to guide strategy.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in a competitive market.
