Virtual Assistant – Social Media Administrator
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant – Social Media Administrator responsible for managing clients' social media platforms, creating content, and driving growth. This role involves developing and executing strategies to enhance engagement, increase followers, and strengthen brand presence across various social media channels. The position also includes administrative support tasks related to social media and marketing. This is an onsite role based in Pasig, Ortigas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow brand presence across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
- Develop and schedule engaging content using Canva and other design tools.
- Optimize and manage Meta Business Suite for Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor and respond to Google Reviews to maintain brand reputation.
- Implement social media strategies to enhance engagement, increase followers, and improve brand awareness.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Send marketing emails to promote content, offers, and brand messaging.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Canva for content creation.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite for managing Facebook and Instagram.
- Familiarity with Google Reviews and reputation management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling international clients is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media analytics, trends, and engagement strategies.
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig, Ortigas.
