JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:

Assist the IT Governance and Compliance Head in maintaining an effective IT governance

framework and ensuring compliance within the organization's IT systems and functions.

Actively participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IT governance

and compliance programs, and work closely with various teams to ensure that IT policies

and procedures are followed and that IT risks are appropriately managed.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor IT processes and systems to ensure adherence to relevant

laws, regulations, and standards, reporting any deviations to the IT Governance and

Compliance Head.

B. Policy Development and Enforcement: Assist in the development and enforcing IT policies

and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

C. Risk Management: Collaborate with IT units and Risk Management units in identifying and

assessing IT-related risks, contributing to the development of mitigation strategies.

D. Internal Controls: Assist in the implementation of controls in collaboration with the different

IT units to safeguard assets, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

E. Audit Support: Assist in the coordination and management of internal and external IT audits,

collaborating with the IT Units in gathering evidence and responding to audit findings under

the guidance of the IT Governance and Compliance Head.

F. Training and Awareness: Assist in organizing and delivering IT compliance training and

awareness programs to ensure employees are informed and engaged in compliance efforts.

G. Documentation: Maintain records and documentation related to IT governance and

compliance efforts, including audit findings, risk assessments, and policy updates.
