Creative Marketing Manager
Job Description:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate projects and services. This role involves managing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on social media, brand development, and creative content production. The position requires a strategic thinker with the ability to craft compelling campaigns while leveraging digital tools and platforms to enhance engagement and achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Marketing:
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns for real estate projects, including digital ads, print materials, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Produce and manage content such as videos, reels, and other interactive formats across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Content Creation and Editing:
- Create high-quality visual and written content for campaigns, including videos, reels, and short-form media.
- Perform basic video editing and enhancements to ensure professional and engaging materials.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral that aligns with the company’s branding.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver marketing materials on time and within budget.
Work Setup and Site Visits:
Work Setup:
- Combination of onsite work, work-from-home flexibility, and scheduled site visits as needed.
- Conduct site visits to real estate properties to gather visuals and insights for campaigns.
Budget and Analytics:
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights based on data analytics.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in real estate marketing.
- Proven track record in managing social media campaigns and producing creative content.
Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Proficient in video editing tools and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute efficiently.
Other Requirements:
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work onsite, remotely, and conduct site visits as required.
- Portfolio of previous marketing campaigns or creative work is highly desirable.
