STATEMENT OF DUTIES :

1. Marketing Services and Creatives Administration:

a. Leads the members of the marketing team.

b. Delegates, monitors and appraises the performance of the members of the marketing team.

2. Marketing Strategies, Events and Promotional Activities:

a. Heads the formulation and the implementation of marketing strategies, action plans, campaigns and incentives.

b. Leads the organization of AFSA, Sales Conference, Quarterly Sales Kick-Off, Sales Caravans and other marketing –related events.

c. Support the development and implementation of promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

d. Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, product demonstrations, and other marketing initiatives.

a. Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration, to ensure successful execution of promotional activities.

3. Sales Incentive Drives:

c. Creates sales incentive mechanics and ensures proper monitoring and distribution of monthly reports for sales incentive drives like QPB, AFSA, Travel Incentives and other marketing-related incentives and campaigns.

d. Heads the monthly/quarterly online awarding of QPB.

e. Heads the quarterly and special sales rally for the salesforce.

2. Partners Management:

a. Partners with suppliers for venues, marketing items, food suppliers and other institutional partners relevant to the needs of the Association.

b. Partners with Dioceses and Parishes for implementation of relevant marketing strategies.

c. Partners with travel agencies for incentive trips purposes.

3. Marketing Collaterals and Incentive/Campaign Items

a. Initiates and recommends for approval the designing of marketing collaterals and items for incentives and campaigns.

b. Identifies and calendars marketing collaterals for creation (photos and videos).

c. Identifies interviewees for marketing events and collaterals.

4. Customer Communication:

a. Heads the communication with customers, prospects, and partners through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.

b. Creates and implements tools for customer feedback, testimonials, and success stories to support marketing efforts and improve customer satisfaction.

5. Market Research and Analysis:

a. Conducts market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.

b. Analyzes data-driven marketing metrics to track performance and measure ROI.

c. Provides insights and recommendations based on research findings to support decision-making and strategy development.

6. Salesforce Management Reports

a. Ensures extraction, preparation and dissemination of monthly report covering the state of the Fraternal Benefits Group. Monthly reports should cover complete area analyses on the attainment or non-attainment of sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

2. Previous experience or internship in marketing, sales, or administrative roles is advantageous.

3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.

6. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.

7. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to contribute innovative ideas and solutions
