Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop a clinic staffing schedule.
- Collect, review, analyze, and interpret relevant data to identify challenges in the workforce.
- Prepare workforce analysis reports for business needs.
- Provide recommendations to improve the workforce to reduce overheads and increase client experience.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc/real-time reports on a variety of Client metrics.
- Provide periodic reports and data trends containing performance data to support Operations
- Respond to Service Level variations.
- Maintains employee records in the database
- Ensures all open shifts are properly staffed
- Handles employee timekeeping report
- College graduate of any course
- Has a good understanding of analytical software
- Has the ability to translate data into useful business insights
- Experience in timekeeping or analytics is an advantage. No workforce experience is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Google Workspace
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules
- Amenable to work on-site (Cebu IT Park) 4 times a week
