Job Description:

Job Summary

The position is mainly responsible in the timely and accurate manual writing of the strike through Philippine Official Receipt or the manual billing invoice.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation/Manual writing of Strike Through Philippine Official Receipts, Non-Vat Acknowledgement Receipts or manual billing invoice
  • Ensure timely update of OR database and monitoring log
  • Preparation of 2GO waybill, pouching and transmittal
  • Ensure that release of receipts daily
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as identified by the Team Lead or Supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Preferably College graduate with Finance or Accounting background.
  • With good oral and written communication,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word and Access
  • Keen to details, analytical and can work with less supervision,
  • Committed, dependable and dedicated to provide high quality output on a timely manner.
  • Must be a team player and with good customer service orientation.
  • Can start immediately.
