Assist with comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research
Upload listing to MLS
Manage and update personal Social Media Accounts
Liking and commenting on sphere of influence
Assist with branding (Templates provided)
- Changing descriptions
Email Management
Filtering, categorization, and cleanup
Oversee all aspects of buyers/sellers transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
Assist in writing contracts and addendums
Send documents for compliance
Help with Pre Listing presentations and preparing listing packets
Schedule all inspections cleanings, repairs, photography, buyers’ showings, and public open houses
Upload photos to an incomplete listing
Create a listing and attach all forms to the checklist
Manage platforms for transactions (SkySlope)
Manage project management tool to track and close tasks (Trello)
Coordinate with buyers, agents, attorneys, and lenders title or escrow
Order Preliminary Title if needed
Follow-up calls or emails and obtain client reviews after the close is complete
Future task
CRM management (Wise Agent)
- Data entry, updating notes and statuses
Experience and Proficiency
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Should have CRM management experience, preferably with Wise Agent
Should be well versed in MLS, Canva, and G Suite
Should have experience in transaction management tools, preferably with SkySlope
Should have experience in project management tools, preferably with Trello
Experience working in real estate (worked with a real estate agent in Texas) is a huge plus
