Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to create, manage, and optimise social media marketing campaigns for the new-build real estate sector. The primary objective is to identify and segment the target audience for real estate projects in Almerimar (Spain), design high-impact creatives (images and videos), create lead capture forms on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and develop customised landing pages to drive lead generation and conversion.

We have an in-house multimedia marketing specialist to support with graphic design and editing. However, we need someone like you to execute these campaigns in Spanish to effectively target Spanish leads and communicate with our Spanish clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identifying and Segmenting the Target Audience:

  • Analyse the new-build real estate market in Almerimar, both in Spain and internationally, to define potential buyer profiles.
  • Use segmentation and data analysis tools to refine audience targeting.

2. Designing and Creating Digital Campaigns:

  • Plan and create campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, tailored to each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Assist our Multimedia Marketing Specialist to develop creatives (images, videos, and copywriting) aligned with campaign objectives in Spanish
  • Assist our Multimedia Marketing Specialist to design attractive and customised forms and landing pages to maximise conversion rates in Spanish.

3. Managing Marketing Tools and Content:

  • Operate social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Create and schedule content using design tools (Photoshop, Canva, or similar) and video editing software.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house multimedia marketing specialist, who will support with graphic design and editing.

4. Monitoring, Analysing, and Optimising Results:

  • Measure and evaluate campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI, ROAS, etc.).
  • Analyse metrics to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
  • Present periodic reports reflecting the impact and results of marketing activities.

5. Coordination and Communication:

  • Maintain constant communication with the sales team to receive feedback on lead quality.
  • Adjust the marketing strategy based on commercial needs and market trends.
Requirements & Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience in creating, managing, and optimising social media campaigns for the real estate sector, preferably new-build properties.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, audience segmentation, and the sales funnel.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Experience with content creation and editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere, etc.). - Optional
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and objectives.
What We Offer
  • Work period: Monday- Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Philippine Time (PH Time) excluding UK Bank Holidays
  • Monthly compensation: PHP 30,000 – 40,000, depending on skillset and experience
  • 13th Month Pay Salary
