Role Description
• This position will expect a fair knowledge of the HR/Payroll In outsourced/SaaS market in Philippines.
• The position is expected to have a high level understanding of HR/Payroll requirements.
• Sound knowledge of statutory compliances, government reporting and standard scope of work in the payroll domain.
• Understand Competition in Philippines for HR/Payroll services – Outsourced and SaaS Payroll
• Map HR/Payroll demand vs supply in the business districts of the country
• To market and sell Allsectech HR Payroll Services
• Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to Management.
- • Maintain business relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications
• Highest educational attainment should be Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / IT / Computer Science or Master's Degree in Business Management / Human Resources Management
• With experience in solution selling or working with service industry in Philippines
• Tech savvy and is computer literate with hands-on use of Microsoft apps and databases
• With excellent analytical skills and has strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies
• Excellent communication skills
• A go getter, a self starter
